Grand Duke Travis founded Westarctica in 2001 and has attended every MicroCon since the inaugural event 2015.  He also administers MicroFreedom.

His Majesty created the Kingdom of Shiloh in 2009 and dazzled guests of MicroCon 2015 with a display of medieval combat from the Shiloh Knights.

Westarctica's Head of Government attended MicroCon 2019 in Toronto, Ontario and spoke about community building with micronations.

Her Royal Highness is the heir apparent to the throne of Shiloh and assists her father in the administration of government and State events.
